The friction sway bars are only about $50 (+/-) complete, with all the parts, including the front ball
If necessary, and you can't replace the ball only, you might just buy another one, and use the ball from the new setup.
I wouldn't worry too much, but would certainly get a quote from a dealer before just having them do the repair.
