It sounds like, you may already have some type of sway control. Maybe, you don't need to add anything. Pictures would really help.
You say, your hitch looks just like Reese SC, is there a name and model numbers on the hitch head or trunion bars?
Do your bars pull up into brackets, like the Reese SC, or do they have chains that pull up on snap brackets?
