Read up on what a WDH does.
AT 5200 pounds that I assume is dry weight for a 26' Jayco Eagle, you are in the 6500 pounds loaded with 800 pounds of TW. Your receiver is only rated for 600 pounds I believe without WD, something closer to 1000 pounds using a WDH. Check your receiver for a sticker as well as owners manual.
800 pounds a TW will put about 1100 pounds of additional weight on the rear axle and remove about 300 from the front axle. That is enough to affect handling and stability. Using a WDH that restores all the front axle weight will also take off about 450 pounds off the rear axle.
