After studying these things, they don't look like they really do anything. I have towed this trailer several times already with no problems. I see dealers pulling rigs all the time with no wt dist bars.
I don't know where you live or camp, but come on out to Texas much less Wyoming or Montana with the wind catching that 26' sail that already weighs as much as your half ton truck and see what happens.
