Dealer is offering a 2014 Ram 3500 Laramie, DRW, CC, long bed, leather, etc for $53,500. Is this a good price for this truck? What he is offering on my trade is in line with KBB and NADA. Thanks,

You should be getting a minimum of $12K off MSRP on that truck. Not too hard to shop the price around. Use a place like Dennis Dillon to leverage your dealer.
