Basically all places in California have no overnight restriction, but it was some time ago, when I stop at Walmart with such sign and ask security if I can sleep one night.
They told me OK, just don't pull chairs, tables, no slides.
Not been too worried about Cali, haven't rolled tires over the state line in almost 10 years ;). - nomadictxnExplorer

How about the list maintained by Walmart. As soon as someone posts about a Walmart that doesn't allow overnight, I've checked the list and it's been listed. So evidently they keep the list pretty up-to-date.
No Park Walmarts
In regards to which ones you shouldn't park at, that is a matter of personal opinion and you will not find one. However, just look around and if you see a lot of trash, broken glass, or graffiti I would move on. Usually, because of all the security cameras, Walmart parking lots are pretty safe.
Thanks to kohldad, he posted first, I put that in my faves on tablet. Good to know. I found it interesting that both the Pueblo, Co. Walmarts are off limits. That's a city ordinance! I wouldn't stay there overnight or shop there. Scary! - pa_travelerExplorerStopped at Walmart on way to Florida, next night a KOA.Owner said there have been armed robberys with campers at some walmarts. Anyone hear this not sure if he was just trying to discourage people from going there?
- RV_daytraderExplorerThat "no park walmarts" shows the Durango, CO as a no park....there are no overnite parking signs, but any summer early morning as I pass it there are always quite a few there.
- jimh406Explorer IIITalking to security on the lot won't work unless you are on the lot. That's not planning in advance. ;)
- Kayteg1Explorer IICall will connect you with a clerk who will say "no" just becouse she/he doesn't know.
Walmart wants us and will stretch city restrictions if you ask nicely.
You need to talk to security on the lot - jimh406Explorer IIII would call the individual Walmart before planning to stop at one. There are both Walmart restrictions and local rules that could change.

Not looking for a list of Walmart's you are not allowed to park at but more of a list a Walmart's you would not or should not park at and maybe the reason why.
Ever walk into a shopping center store and felt uncomfortable? When I pull into a place to park over night if I feel uncomfortable I move on. Doesn't matter if it is OK to stay or not. - W5CIExplorerthe Allstays App will tell you which allow and the ones which do not
