Any idea where to find a hard-shell spare tire cover?

The South Texas sun has literally beat the (fairly heavy canvas) spare tire cover on our TT to death...We got it, along with the TT, in January 2019... On a previous trailer, had a hard-shell plast...

3.5 years and 4 Texas summers works out to about $5/year in tire cover costs.
That would be the least of my concerns with a RV getting cooked in the sun 24/7/365.
