any knowledge 2012 ram 3500 diesel

Good morning to all, I'm looking at a 2012 dodge ram 3500,cummins dually 2 wd 6 speed auto.good car fax,157000 miles what should I look for as far as checking it out, this is my first diesel. thanks for any & all replys

    Updates. Thats first. Second would be delets. Done or not.
    157K is a lot of miles. So maintenance history is important. Personally I would keep looking. SIL bought a 2007 last year with only 45K on it. So there out there, you just have to look.
