Any new lacrosse owners?

We just ordered a 2016 Lacrosse 328RES. Price is $36,340 with dual 15K AC units. Our trailer should be arrive at our dealer around 19 Jun.

We could have purchased a new 2015 in stock unit for $31,365 but it only had single 15K AC and was not pre-wired for second AC. It was going to cost at least $1500 to add the 2nd 15K AC to this 2015 model.

There were a few other improvement from 2015 to 2016 that made the 2016 model worth the extra money for us.

We had a price of $32,900 for a 2014 324rst but went with the 2015 Lacrosse 332RTT instead.

Receiver limit is going to be borderline. Otherwise, a good match.

Let someone else guide you on that one. I don't tow mine since it's parked permanently at my choice of campground and lake. I tow it about 300 feet for winter storage.

You don't think my 14 f150 HD can pull it? My payload is 2200lbs.

I have the 2014 version of this trailer. There's only a few Optional items even available because these Model's are Loaded from the get-go.

I have all of those options. The Slide Toppers you refer to are in the range of $3600.00 installed. $1200.00 each. Not sure about the tires you refer too as far as cost.

Like others will say, YOU have to be happy with your deal. IMO you're up near a $50,000.00 MSRP.

One thing I did do because a 12 foot awning on a 37 foot trailer is way to small, I paid to have an identical 12 foot electric awning installed directly on the FACE of the front slide. $2200.00

Then comes the Interior and Exterior Protective Treatments and the 5 Year Extended Warranty. Things add up.

First off you should determine the MSRP price of your trailer with all options. Then figure about 30% off that price plus tax & plates.

Find 3 or 4 Lacrosse dealers and request a quote. Someone is bound to give you the MSRP and then their discount (??) price.

It took me a while of negotiating with various dealers to get the price down and finally General in Wixom beat their price. And I did receive three different quotes from General each of which had a lower price.
