We had an 2004 Dutchmen Sport and had no issues with it. It was our 1st TT after our pop-up. We loved it at first, but it had a corner bed and that was the only reason we traded for a new one a few years later. The only thing wrong with the camper was the corner bed and it had no oven. We really wanted an oven too.
Dutchmen is made by Thor Industries, and I am now on my 3rd TT by Thor (Dutchmen, Springdale, Outback). All have been good and we've had no issues with any of them.
The camper you are considering is 4 years old. If the previous owner took care of it, it should be in good shape. If you are purchasing from a dealer, they should have gone through it, inspected, and fixed anything. If you're purchasing privately, you need to check everything. Start with the roof and work your way to the tires on the ground. Ask if the wheel bearings have been repacked lately. Look for water stains on the ceiling, and if the ceiling has been freshly painted ... run! It probably had a leak and someone is trying to cover it up.
If the camper has been well maintained, you should comfortably get another 4 or 5 years out of it. Our Dutchmen 04 had a 10 year "guarantee" on the rubber roof. Not sure how long they should last now-a-days. They've improved since then also.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
