Any solutions for high altitude refrigerator issues?

We have recently been using our Lance camper at some higher altitudes- 7500 ft and above (to escape summer heat) and many nights are woken up by the beeping of the fridge because it can't re-ignite on...

With technology you can't be always sure what design you run into, but the refrigerators I know don't cycle on/off with thermostat command, but lower the flame who never goes out.
So that problem might have nothing to do with altitude, but with temperatures, who are lower at altitude.
What temperatures we are talking about? Could it be that cold tank is not giving propane pressure?
