I have a 21ft hybrid bunkhouse that suits our family perfect. No, I would not with my family, tow it with 5000lb rated CuV.
My kids are growing and we have a large dog. Add toys, bikes, bike trailer, canoe, on and on, and payload is eaten. We have k2500 burb with 2305lbs of payload. I can carry bricks and not exceed any ratings. The trailer weighs ready to camp between 4100 to 4800lbs with a gvw of 5000lbs.
I can even have 2 adult guests and nobody sleeps on the dinette. Use it year round, boondock, state parks, resorts, and amusement parks.
