Truck camper fridge, heater and the hot water heater quit working all at once . What the heck would cause this ? Battery ? fuse / I'm lost . thanks for looking .

Depending on specific models, there are two things common to those 3 items, 12 VDC and propane. If either is missing they wont work.
Can you provide more details? Are you plugged in to shore power or not? Does your cook top work? If so I would concentrate on the 12 VDC and make sure it is good. If not check for blown fuses, bad connections, run down battery, etc.
