Ouch....but "stuff happens." - and it can be fixed.
New ladder and a local body shop or boat repair outfit that does fiber glass work also. It will be as good as new....but, it will cost you.
Make sure it stays dry until it gets fixed. Don't let water (rain) get inside.
Put a bunch of duct tape over the hole to seal it.
