At 11,600 miles on the ticker? I must have real issues then.
The DPF can plug up very quickly (just a few thousand, if not hundreds) if the truck is "short-cycled" where it never fully warms up. It's a big problem for emergency vehicles, to that point OEMs had to request a waiver from the EPA to allow manual regen control.
