Anybody towing with a late model gasser?

Actually the 6.7 has proven to be pretty solid. My best wishes to the OP, but to all the Ford bashers on here I would guess given some research, you'd find all big 3 diesels have had their fair share of issues. In my opinion (not worth much in a public forum) I would venture to say no one brand is significantly better or worse than the other, it all depends on your view of the situation. Personally, I have not had any issues with Ford diesels and I have owned a 97 7.3, an 04 6.0 and now a 14 6.7, only thing I can attribute to my good luck is I run mine 70 miles each way to work, no long idling periods and complete warm up cycles. Additionally I am fortunate to be able to refuel at a high volume facility and to make myself feel better, I drain my fuel filter every month.
