Anyone broken a Hensley?

Just an update. Henley warrantied my hitch. They replaced the lower unit. With shipping costs it cost me about $250 to get it replaced. I haven't actually unpacked the box yet to look at it. In the meantime Since this has happened. I found a used Pro-Pride in my state and what I thought was a good price so I bought it used and installed that on my camper. Once I get the Hensley cleaned up I will be selling it. I had a couple reasons for changing. The area that cracked on my hensley is much thicker on the pro pride and also I changed the hitch receiver on my truck and it's 2 or 3 inches lower than the stock one so instead of exchanging the hensley arrow hitch head for another shipping cost, the propride came with an adjustable one.
