We bought a used 2013 twin bed model .Ive e-mailed the company about a bad cabinet hinge and they sent me a new one .I called about a leaking cassette toilet and they walked me through it to replace a inferior hose that they now are replacing in all new models . This is there busy time trying to get product out I hear they a re setting up appointments for warranty work this summer
