Anyone ever actually have their weight checked/ticketed?

Well, I just weighed my Ram 2500 with my Lance 825 (lightest model made) and I'm at 9,700ish, combine that with 2 dogs, wife and her rock collection...AT LEAST 10K, 9,000 is gvwr.....It feels and hand...

just to add. Has anyone that anyone knows about ever been sued for being in an accident for "being Overweight"?.. I am certain it would have been posted here if it has ever happened......

just for info I am under GVWR and tire loads with my dually and I was over the GVWR on my old SRW. and I am registered at 15,000#
