Anyone ever used this back up camera?

How is picture quality on those?
I had something similar looking in the back-up system I bought from China and quality had lot to desire.
My camper has licence plate holder under camper bumper/sewer hose compartment, so not much use for that idea.
Ford wants $350 for its trailer camera, but I am thinking about removing the tailgate camera from my F350, maybe with its trim and mount it on back of the camper.
Anyone tried that?
