Anyone Excited about the 3.0 Duramax?
Just curious really. I thought the inline 6 layout would raise a few eyebrows. I expect the power specs to be inline (see what I did there?) with the ED and the Baby Powerstroke... but with it be...

With an inline engine it's pretty easy to go all gears even.
Is this a new engine or something they pulled out of Isuzu?
I don’t think the technical specs have been released. Some speculate that it will be based off of the current 4cy Duramax in the Colorado with two additional cylinders and smaller bores.
But until the technical specs are released we really won’t know.
