MY first three RV's were motor homes. I sold the last one in 2010 because we thought we were finished traveling. Anyway, the motor home was gone but the RV itch never left. After a year without we purchased a 2011 33ft travel trailer and realized almost immediately it was not a good fit for our way of traveling as it only had one slide & very little storage space. Our current TT is much more suited to our needs with three slides & a lot of storage. Motor Homing in my opinion is the best way to go but like everything else it has it's downsides. Gas mileage is usually terrible & mine was a diesel getting just under 8 mpg. Maintenance & repairs unless you can do them yourself will be very expensive & as the coach gets older the expenses get higher. A trailer is easier on the wallet from all aspects & a motor home is a easier way of life when it comes to setting up & breaking down. So I guess you'll have to find out for yourself which is better. Good Luck!
