Anyone have a 03 jayco kiwi 23B or one around this age?

We are thinking of purchasing a 2003 model. It's been garage kept since 2003. It looks like brand new. Are these good TT's? Is there anything we need to know about this particular model, basically any...

Do they leak? Yes, any trailer will lead if it is not maintained properly. Being garage kept it probably will have had only small opportunities for leaking, so you need to be extra vigilant and look for the slightest sign of any leak. Beyond that, you need to closely inspect the roof and windows to see if it's time for some new sealant to be applied.
