Anyone have a 03 jayco kiwi 23B or one around this age?

We are thinking of purchasing a 2003 model. It's been garage kept since 2003. It looks like brand new. Are these good TT's? Is there anything we need to know about this particular model, basically any...

Although not the exact type or model, my '04 has held up nicely. Starting to need some additional tlc, but no major problems to date. Jaycos are generally considered to be good quality.
