Anyone have a 03 jayco kiwi 23B or one around this age?

We are thinking of purchasing a 2003 model. It's been garage kept since 2003. It looks like brand new. Are these good TT's? Is there anything we need to know about this particular model, basically any...

We have a '04 23b. It's held up well, no leaks. Changed tires last year, and performed routine maintenance. Otherwise, it's been trouble free. Stored outdoors during camping season, indoors during the winter.
