I was researching this myself and found that the HD package (2013, 4X4) only comes with a regular cab longbed (3,133 lb payload), supercab longbed (2,265 lb payload), or supercrew shortbed (2,190 lb payload). The problem is that many of the lighter TC's are shortbed models, so you end up with 2,190 lbs with the supercrew. A 2014 chevy silverado 5.3 double cab shortbed, which is the configuration I prefer, is only about 200 lbs less at 1,974. So it depends on the configuration you want really. If a 2WD Regular cab longbed works for you, the payload is similar to or even more than what you get in many F250 configurations.
