I have a Jayco 23B. I take the mattress out, fold up the ends making sure to tuck all fabric on the outside as 'dadmomh' stated. I then go back into trailer and the rear mattress on mine can fold and tuck into area between folded bunk end and bathroom wall. I place the support pole inside the folded mattress. On the front, there is a small ledge near along the bed. I place that folded mattress up there and I have 3 straps that go from the seat up to the ceiling that hold that mattress in place.
