I have plenty of truck so I'm not interested in ultra light at all. I'm more concerned with being able to wash my hands outside while cooking and not sustaining a neck injury while watching TV.
To me it's a brilliant move to put the entertainment center in the middle and move the pantry and ward to the front. It results in more storage space AND a sizable outdoor kitchen while making for a much more comfortable TV experience. Relative to the traditional layout you see in almost every bunkhouse travel trailer. I just don't know why more brands aren't doing it.
