Ah yes, your floor plan is the Starcraft equivalent of the Jay Flight 28BHBE which has been high on my list. I did not realize the outdoor shower head attaches to the trailer, that is interesting thanks. How has that grey water capacity worked for you? It seems a little small relative to some other trailers I've looked at, but I've never owned one before so I have no idea how long that would last in the real world.
