My tenant used to drive 1980's Corvette,
He was car enthusiast and DIY all the maintenance.
His words were that for each 2 days of driving, he spend 1 day on fixing.
I am old enough to remember times where you would not take longer trip without loading spare belts, plugs, injectors, coolant and oil.

Now crucial stuff to take with you is DEF .
