Anyone planning on buying a 2017 F-350?
I had planned on ordering a new 2016 F-350 to haul our old Lance or a new 1062, but I waited around too long. I've never been fond of buying a brand new model vehicle.

So in actuality the power is quite similar, just rated/quoted differently.

Regards the Ford/IH 6.0 diesel from what I remember they did detune the engines and not just derate. Actually what they did was to simply keep the tuning IH originally provided on the engines instead of applying the 100+HP upgrade tune Ford did to their other trucks.
