Anyone see anything wrong with this picture?

Other than knowing the vehicle is not rated to tow that size rig it appears pretty stable from this angle. I've seen plenty worse with rear ends nearly dragging, this set up doesn't look too far off from a properly sized towing combo. In any event, people seek to enjoy life any way they believe is feasible and if it works for them and theirs, I have no reason to rain in their parade.
