Anyone towing with a Lexus QX470?

Just purchased a 2006 Lexus GX470 4wd. The max tow capacity is 6500lbs. I'm hoping it will be a big improvement over my 2003 Honda Pilot. Its got the higher output 4.7 rated at 265hp. All my years of towing, except the military, have been with a V6. Can't weight to blast up the same hills that I struggled with before.
