Anyone try 12 V magnetic door lock for extra door security?

That's always the risk, the damage costing more than what it is protecting. I doubt a broken door is an easy fix either :/ It would have to be a visible deterrent externally and i figure that means drilling holes in the outside creating more of a risk for water intrusion.

Just tossing out ideas to see if anything might help.
