Anyone use the Progressive hardwire surge?? not showing amps

I installed my 30 amp power protector yesterday... I wont nor dont claim to be an electrician but it wasnt that hard to install for this novice.. i just took out the junction box where the shore power...

Do you have the HW30C? 0A when you turn on a heavy load? Does a household tester indicated the wiring is OK? Perhaps you have miswired the box? Voltage and HZ display OK with no error codes? I could listen to my HW50C next week.
