LOL.....A large construction firm I deal with went from private ownership to employee owned when the owners retired. Within a year every one of the employee owners had rewarded themselves with titles. Superintendents and project managers were now "senior" superintendents and project managers and most were also "directors" of this, that, and the other. I heard recently they filed chapter 11 lol. 60 years in the making, about 4 to flush it all down the turlet.
