I do not expect to be in Branson area anytime soon.We have a 2008 Bigfoot 15C9.5 on a short bed GMC 2500HD crew cab with Torklift ties downs. We have been very satisfied with the overall quality of the camper and how it rides on the truck. We have used it in temperatures as low as 7 degrees and highs close to 100 and been very comfortable. Our longest trips have been about 6 weeks at a time for the two of us and a 65lb Labrador retriever. The tanks are a smaller than I would like but I don't want to go to a larger camper and truck just for the tanks. If I was going to buy another camper today I would purchase the same model again.In another post yoy asked about the headroom in the bed. I am about 6' tall and can sit up almost straight in bed (have to watch the crank on the skylight!). The Bigfoot 2500 series campers have a basement and are a little taller over the bed.

Let me know if you're in the Nashville area and we'll show you our Bigfoot. If it looks like we'll be closer to your area any time soon we'll let you know but right now we haven't planned any trips in your direction.

I saw on one of Doug's post. He's planning a rally like last year at the same camp ground in the summer. Didn't see one posted for December.

We live in Bentonville and have a NL 10.2 CDSE. If there is a rally in Branson my wife and I might try and make it up. I just have to get all of camper items added to my new truck. All the items are on order as of today.

Were is Doug planning on having the rally and when? I don't remember seeing anything about it.

Recently purchased our Northern Lite 811 in Springfield,Mo.When we purchased the camper we had to do very quickly since our other camper was bought and we were in Moore helping after tornado.After our purchase we lived in the camper for a month in the Oklahoma heat and the AC kept it very cool due to good insulation.A few weeks after that we were in Greeley,Co after flood for a month and on the cool or cold nights we were always very warm.
After returning home we went to the Smokies and the temps got into the low 20's where we were.Our two batteries and super heater kept us very warm and comfortable.We have also added all LED lights.
I like the way our 3500 Dodge SRW CDI handles the camper.I do wish the tanks were larger,but we do alright.The wet bath is small but I figured it out after two showers and all is well now.
I like the quality of workmanship and the way it is built.
We never use radio and we never carry a TV.Since our purchase we have used it 71 days.Love it.

My dad has a bigfoot 9.4 shortbed and he really likes it. You can sit up in the bed easily. Great camper for 2 people and a smaller kid in my opinion. Only reason he may sell it in the next few years is because my parents also have a full size german shepherd so room gets tight in there. Other than that he loves it, just wish it had a slide out.

Check out rosmanrv.com they usually have bigfoots on their lot, if not new look in the used section.

wheelin rv sells lance been there and checked them out they have 14 lance and 1 used host on there lot right now. nothing wrong with lance, I'm not sure what we will end up with but I do like how the northern-lite and bigfoot look sitting on a truck better.

Ive meet Doug from Iowa he wants to hold the rally in the campground where I have my 5th wheell!! he let me check out his rig that thing is nice.

bcbigfoot how do you like your bigfoot? have any photos of the inside? any problems with it? can you sit up in the bed with out your head hitting the ceiling? the sun lite tc we have now dosn't have enough room to sit up in the bed, not very compfy when you want to watch a movie.
