I just bought a 2020 Ford 4x4, 6.2 gasser, long bed, SRW, 3.73. Put a Northstar 850SC on it. I was not sure what kind of MPG I would get but I am surprised it's so low. Only 1,500 miles on the truck, but looks like MPG with camper is about 11.3 or so.
