Anyone with the Ford 6.2 Carrying TC

To tie in with my post on the 7.3 I’ve read mostly great things about the Ford 6.2.
This engine makes good power and seems to be a proven reliable design.
For 2020 you can get it in the F350 with either the 6 sp or 10 speed transmission.
I like the 7.3 but it’s not proven yet.
I think a 6.2 with 10 speed and 4:30 gears would have plenty of power to carry a TC and tow 4-5k lbs ??
The advantage would be going with a known performer and not having to buy the first year of a new engine design, although it’s so simple I can’t really see having too many issues with the 7.3.
What do you think?

  • Here is my previous review of Ford's 6.2L. Years later and it is still accurate and we are still running around with it:

  • Wait and get the new 7.3L !

I am not even sure you can get the old engine in combination with the 10 speed and early reviews call that transmission a "game changer"
