I replied that I was not sure how much my parents wants to put into a TT. So I asked if he wanted to help or should I look elsewhere. His reply:

"That's up to you"

Now I know they answer a lot of emails from folks they never see and it can be frustrating at times. However, these are reasonable questions I would think folks would ask before driving 2 hours to look or buy.

Needless to say I will recommend that my parents purchase elsewhere.
