Ramblings of a gypsy;
Ford has outsold the GM twins every year since 2009. That is not going to change anytime soon. Ford is producing a good diesel engine (other than the one that Ric blew up) and Chevrolet will, in the not to distant future, lose the number 2 spot to Ram. I don't eat fast food burgers regardless of price or sales numbers, and I don't buy my truck based on price (alone) or sales numbers. I have never had to pay to repair my 3 SuperDuty's under warranty, heck I have never made a repair to any of the 3 SuperDuty's I have owned. Any money spent on SuperDuty maintenance was strictly that, maintenance items. I know my gasoline powered SuperDuty is much cheaper to maintain than a diesel version and cost $7k less upfront and fuel is $.60 a gallon cheaper in Florida making it far more economical and it has one of the premier gas engines available. Let's see if their is anything else I can add to start an argument? Of all the trucks I have owned (77Dodge 150, 79Ford 100, 80Chevy C10, 84Dodge RC 150 90GMC 3500, 03SuperDuty F250, 05SuperDuty F250, 09SuperDuty F250) only the SuperDuty's have been worry free. The rest were pretty much trash in comparison including the 79 F-100 but that's a story for another day.
