- Perrysburg_DodgExplorerCome on guys, Ford didn't take any taxpayer money so they are the best right? Well they didn't take any taxpayer money up front anyway.
- v10superdutyExplorerSo every month its the same here.
--Ford sells the most trucks
--The anti-Ford crowd says just wait for this/that/or whatever
--Its not fair cause Ford counts their 450 and 550
--on and on
I for one can hardly wait for the day when someone finally outsells Ford so I can pick on the new leader.. :B :B :B
Only problem is, that will probably happen when my grandson is a grampa so I won't get my chance unless they have a way to communicate from hell-0 ... :W - fla-gypsyExplorerFord haters will keep hating from 2nd or 3rd place. It always amuses me that most of it comes the GM bunch. They really should be watching their backside or they will be 3rd place soon as Ram brings their A game.

But then we're not talking about hamburgers now are we? - Perrysburg_DodgExplorerSorry not hating on Ford but why are the 450 and 550 trucks counted with the 150-350? Do they count the 4500-5500 Rams,I don't think so. GM does not have a 4500-5500 any more do they? The Top Kick was their MD truck line but that's gone right?
Ford used to say, the F-150 was the number one truck. Then 150 sales dropped, so they had to lump all F series together. This way, they can continue to pretend to be the number one truck manufacture, well whatever works and keeps the sheep happy I guess.
Sad that some can't or won't do the math to see how the number truly pan out. If they did, I sure they wouldn't like the out come.
For now the F Series does hold the OVER ALL truck sales, so good for them.
Don - Charlie_D_ExplorerWonder how many of the Ford sales are 2013 models? Still a lot of 2013 Fords on dealer lots and everywhere I go in Texas the Ford commercials tout discounts off sticker in the $8,000 range for remaining 2013's when the Chevys are offering pretty much the same on 2014's.
IMO, one would have to blind to be buying 2013"s at those discounts. - YnotTurboExplorerI could give a darn about these stats. I would put my Cummins powered Dodge against any engine Ford could dream up. Heck,,, Dodge forced Ford to strap a larger turbo on the F-450 after the Ram 3500 out towed it... Now that is funny. Ford would not even put the 2014 F-350 against the Tow beast 3500 Ram...... Cummins can't be beat... even with two fewer cylinders..
