OK, Called Northwood back and did a better job of explaining why this is important to know. The gentlemen there was very helpful and got the information from the purchasing department on what type of unit Northwood is currently using for the 11K BTU AC Unit. He confirmed that it is the MACH 1 Power Saver. My faith in Northwood has returned and I am looking forward to being a happy camper when I take delivery.
