are all manual awning arms compatable with roller?

:h I have to ask - why would you not just buy the correct hardware for the awning you have? :) If for example you have a Dometic 8500 then it would only make sense to buy that hardware, if you have a Dometic Sunchaser then you'd want it's hardware, etc, etc.
