If you think compression ratio has a lot to do with mileage you have some reading to do. :B
Couldn't have anything to do with the fact that diesel has over 13% more energy than gasoline, now could it? Naaaaaaaaaaaa, :R :B
I think if you could get high enough octane gas to run 14 to 1 compression you would see one heck of a improvement in milage and power!
Anyone know the octane rating of diesel?
