It depends on where you are going to stay. The type of TT needed in a shady resort park in GA is far different from the one needed in MN.
I saw lots of "permanent" installations in FL, not so many in MI.
Also remember you are not going to get the same durability out of a $30,000.00 TT that you get from a $100,000.00 small home.
One could always look into the tiny homes market.
TT means travel trailer, not a permanent home.
