We have owned two Northwoods (they make Nash & Arctic Fox)
We purchased the Nash used and were so impressed with it after using it for 8 or so years, that when we upgraded, we purchased the Fox and are on our 4th year with it.
No serious problems with either of them.
Northwood has a good employee incentive program. A sum of money is put into a fund for each rig out the door of the factory. Warranty repairs are paid for out of that fund. Any left over at the end of the year is disbursed to the employees as a bonus.
