I have owned 2 different size Arctic Fox 5th wheels. Also been to the factory in LaGrande, OR several times. In the 6 years I owned them never any problems, not even during the PDI's which took 4 hours each.
The only thing I would say is they are heavier than most of their competition. They are rated very high in all reviews.
