I've had a Desert Fox 21SW, and downsized to an Arctic Fox 811 truck camper.
Both have been trouble free from the factory. Both were purchased new.
I think the dealer fired up the water heater on AC power with an empty tank while doing the PDI, and it burned up the heating element on the truck camper. That's the only problem I've had with it, and it was easier for me to fix it on my own.
