And that's what I plan to do with my Jayco 23RB. 27' long, no slide, and has a sofa and dinette. That all the room we need.
We too went to the RV show in Richmond, VA. I saw nothing I'd trade my current TT for.
I have noticed one thing though. The Richmond show has seemed to have gone down hill a lot in the past few years, and this year is especially so. There used to be a bunch of different dealers at the show, but last year saw both a big consolidation, Camping World bought 3 large independent dealers in 2017, and another supersized type dealer moved in last year, General RV Center.
In fact given the general down turn in the Richmond show, and my lack of interest in a new RV, I may just skip next year's show altogether.

At our last RV show GY tires were touted where whenever they are used. I also was not impressed by the imitation fire place heaters. Of course I am not impressed buy gas logs in home fire places either.
I had an interesting talk with one of the dealers. He knew I was not buying so we chatted about slides and mods. From the dealers perspective, if you modify your TT or you buy a TT without a slide; you have better plan on keeping it for a long time.
Dealer want to turn over their new and used inventory and currently buyer want slides and like new conditions.
